AK Mishra’s Art of Success wishes all beautiful Mother’s A very Happy Mother’s Day
There are many precious things that
God has bestowed on us; however, Mother is one of unique gifts of God. She is an
expression of Sacrifice and Love. 10th
May is such a special day, to honor Mothers, Great Grandmothers to make a
beautiful contribution to the family and the society. It’s a day for everyone
to show their appreciation and love towards mothers and mother figures
worldwide. On this special occasion, AK Mishra’s Art of Success salutes to all
the mothers on this earth who compromise all her wishes, happiness just to
fulfill the wishes of her kids and family. Mothers comprise of a
bundle of emotions. So this goes out to all the mothers who have
kept awake all night with their sick kids in their arms, constantly
whispering those compassionate words, "It's OK baby, mom is
here, For those mothers who cannot control tears from dribbling down their
cheeks when they hold their babies for the first time in their arms; So,
this is meant for all the young and aged mothers, Housewives and working
mothers, married mothers and the single mothers, and for those without whom
life would have been insufferable.
A Case Study
A daughter is giving a huge
thanks to her single mother, while sharing her story with us and her mother’s
love after attending our session “Art of Success for Parenting”
Preeti: “ While I was
attending the session, AK Mishra’s Art of Success, Suddenly between the
session, AK Mishra Sir posed this question: Who has influenced your life the
most? I thought for a while, and realized, it was no one else, but “My Mother”
I recalled when I was just
5yrs old, my Dad died. That time when my dad was with us, the life was so
beautiful and easy. It seemed like we were on the top of the world. My dad was
making good money and we were living in a big house in Bandra, Mumbai. Then my
dad was diagnosed with cancer and died in next 5 months. That’s when we found out
that my dad didn’t have any great life insurance. Nor we had enough savings, as
everything was going so smooth; we never had a thought of something like this
ever.
During the session, when I was
hearing the struggle stories, shared by parents during the session, I reflected
back on my life, I realize how difficult it would had been for my mother to
handle this sudden turn of life, upbringing of a 5yrs kid and providing her
good education being a single parent. most of what I am today, I learned from a
tough, courageous woman who went to work hard day and night to get me ready for
life. I realize now how many success principles she displayed while living out
her life. One of the principles I learned from my mom was to “never complain”.
It was tough for my mom, she really got a bad deal, but as I look back, I
cannot remember any of her complaining about her tough times in life. And I
used to complain for all those small things she couldn’t give to me without
realizing that she was actually giving her life to me. But now I have actually
learnt those principles which I am going to follow throughout my life. She only
had one goal in her mind, to give her daughter a beautiful life. She did not
marry again as she used to be scared if the man would love her daughter or not.
My mother has not only been a mother for me, but an idol Women, a friend who
always guided me at every step. I remember when my mother used to take me at
her conference and seminars, when I was 11yrs old, not because she did not
provide me babysitter, but she wanted me to learn something. The way AK Mishra
sir portrayed the love of parents for their kids by his words and strong facts
he shared, narrating stories, examples; I literally had tears in my eyes
throughout the seminar, tears of pleasure for having such wonderful mother in
my life. Thanks to AK Mishra’s Art of Success.”
This is the story of a mother and
daughter, who faced sudden enormous change in their life, and how her mother
took all those tough moments and challenges on herself and saved her daughter
from all the negative effects. We actually feel proud for organizing such
session on this beautiful module “Art of Success for Parenting” as we can
actually see how it makes kids realize the parents’ emotions and sacrifices
they make to give their kids a beautiful life, as this daughter realized.
This is dedicated to all of
those single moms out there. You are doing a tough job. Stay determined and
love your kids. They’ll see your life and turn out all right.
One relationship which is always with
us is the one we share with our mothers. They are our guiding force and are
responsible for making us who we are. Mothers also shape our lives and our
personalities and crediting them for the same is something one should do at
every opportunity. Although, we should not forget that the same contribution
comes from fathers as well, and without a father, it becomes too arduous for a
mother to give her child the same upbringing and nurturing the way she could
provide with a father figure. But undoubtedly, we have those courageous mothers
who do not only play role of both father and mother in kid’s life, but also
nurture their kid so beautifully and bring out amazingly independent
personalities from the kids.
On this special occasion, every kid
should realize how special they have been treated by their lovely mothers. We
might have our own individualistic approach in paying tribute to these amazing people
in our lives, OUR MOTHER. AK Mishra’s Art of Success dedicates this day
to all the beautiful mothers and wishes every kid a very good luck for making their
mothers feel how special and wonderful creature they are, crafted by master’s
craftsman.

The benevolent Universe
We live in a magnanimous Universe whose ultimate purpose and
desire is for you to comprehend, harmonize and live through the concept of
awareness, acceptance, compassion, love and unconditional abundance. You have
called on this earth for a sole purpose to combine spiritual and material
energies together ultimately to bring heaven on earth for you, while creating a
sense of forgiveness, expand awareness and unconditional compassion that lifts
your own consciousness and set a paradigm of true humanity.
Courtesy: AK Mishra Library |
It wasn’t an accident that you born on this earth as a human
being, but you are born with a soul purpose, and that sole purpose is to “be”
who you are, and your doing (which is your Karma) flows from your being. This
means, your Karma is secondary, the first things needs to remain clean is your
soul, your inner being and your true self. When your inner being is well, your
Karma or your doing will gradually flow on right directions.
When you focus on “doing”, you often lose your connection
with the spiritual awareness. On the other hand, by focusing on “being” aspect
of your nature, you can effortlessly integrate your material doing while
keeping your spiritual focus activated and always presented. Although, your
Karma are the most required in order to achieve anything in life, but your
spiritual awareness, your faith on universe, your connection with God and
divine should always be present in your heart.
For instance, when you face obstacles or challenges in life,
you either start cribbing or try to do even more, rather than looking for the
spiritual purpose behind that problem or challenge and you often ignore the
spirit guided solutions that always be present available to you. While
continuously focusing on doing more and more with fewer blessing and rewards,
you begin feeling like a victim of your own life. But you create this victim-hood when you focus on material and neglect spiritual while focusing on
“doing” instead of “being”.
Why do we expect miracles when nothing remains in our
control? And how those miracles happen? Because, at that moment, we do not have
any choice or anything to do, except surrendering the situation on God and
Universe with complete faith. Creating heaven on earth requires faith, patience
and trust that the universe will always serve your higher deeds and stand by
you at every difficult or smooth situation. Hence your efforts are required,
your deeds are always required, but devotion of few minutes on meditation,
remembering God, taking blessings from universe is equally requisite in order
to bring heaven on earth and understand the sole purpose of difficulties and
challenges life throws at you.

Fulfill your soul with spectrum of colors this Holi - AK Mishra’s Art of Success wishes you all a very Happy Holi
Holi, A festival that brings out our inner
child, makes us freed from any prejudices and biased. A festival of colors, a
time for love, joy and to recall that we all are merge in the greater pursuit
of happiness. As we have been hearing the story which goes like that; When Lord
Krishna complained to his mother about Radha being fairer than he was. On
which, His mother Yashoda asked him to put some colors on Radha’s face and see
how she looks. After putting the colors on Radha Face, Lord Krishna no longer
felt inferior to Radha, as he understood that it’s only a joy, happiness, and
colors of love which makes us connected and help us revive our inner beauty. And
this beauty is something we all should spread out to the world in order to
beautify this world and our inner soul.
Eventually, Holi became a day which is beyond
higher or lower, which breaks all the barriers of class and castes and bring
people together to celebrate and spread magic of colors as one big pool of
humanity. Colors take away our false sense of “otherness”, and bring us closer
and instill togetherness taking away our ego and other negative emotions. As we all know that even the 7 chakras in our
body have specific colors which further depict our behavior and life. Even the
science of color therapy, which we also call as Chromotherapy shows how several
colors infuse different energies defining our behaviors, personality and
lifestyle.
Let’s dig into the interpretation of color
spectrum and how you can incorporate in life to become more dynamic,
successful, happy and peaceful.
INDIGO helps you become wiser and give you a broader
perspective
Indigo color signifies understand to the
depth and ability to look at things from higher perspectives. Indigo can be
well utilized when you are conducting any research work or pursuing higher studies.
Thus, most of the offices are designed in a combination of brown wood and deep blue.
The colors can also easily be used in our life through clothes, accessories,
etc.
ORANGE helps you develop confidence skills
and ability to socialize
As the sunrise gives us a sense of warmness,
orange color also brings warmness in your personality and helps you develop
better social connections. That’s a beauty of orange color; it gives both
confidence and comfort. Professionally the best time to add orange color is in
your presentations or during interviews or you could also add orange in social
gatherings, party, wedding etc.
RED brings enthusiasm, love, alertness and
energy
Red color not only revs up your energy but
also brings enthusiasm in your life and lifts you out of sluggishness. To add a
little excitement in your everyday life, you can use red colors as chilies in
your food, or pack of some strawberries in your lunch or evening snacks, or by
keeping a red rose on your table.
Green boosts up our luck, better your health
and manifest wealth
Green is the color of abundance. Green is in
nature, green vegetable are known to be healthiest vegetables. Green is the
color of money as well.
Eating green vegetables, spending more time
in nature (in Open Grass) indeed brings good luck in life and manifest
financial growth. Putting plants at your home or at work space is a good option
to manifest wealth and good luck in life.
Yellow makes you more persuasive while
communicating to others and makes you more charming
Have you ever noticed that all the smiley
icons are in yellow color? Yellow color adds an extra element to our
conversation and makes us a better communicator. As sunflower brings ray of hope
and positivity, yellow color in any object can bring that positivity in your
emotions and in life. You can well utilize yellow color while cracking a deal
which needs negotiation for maximum benefits. You can also place yellow color
painting at work place or in your room to get maximum benefit of yellow color.
Violet color awakens your creativity skills
Although violet has also been used to depict royalty,
but it also stimulates creativity and thus people who are more into the work of
creativity like art direction, writing, film making can add violet color in
their surroundings to get extra benefits.
Blue depicts royalty and enhance your sense
of responsibility and calmness
Look at the sky for even 5 minutes and feel
that calmness which nothing else can give you ever. If you have ever noticed,
most of the company logos are of blue colors. Take example of LinkedIn, IBM, Skype,
Ford, Apple, Dell and many more. Blue depicts sense of stability in growth.
Not to forget that entire spectrum emerges
from one color which is “white”. White depicts peacefulness which is more
required for a contented soul; one must never forget to add white color in life
as even in the festival of Holi, people wear white to begin adding up more
colors.
Not only on this Holi, but add colors in your
life for everyday in order to live a fulfilled life.
AK Mishra’s Art of Success wishes you all a
very Happy Holi!

Beauty lies in the eyes of Beholder – is this really a true statement?
We love beauty of the nature; we
look at waterfalls, mountains, snowfalls and get excited like a small kid. We
admire the beauty of various actresses, from Elizabeth Taylor to Madhubala who
still hold us fascinated with their soothing beauty.
Is nature aware about the beauty it
carries? Would these actresses have ever realized their beauty if there was no
admiration by their fans or audience?
“Beauty lies in the eyes of
beholder”, a very believed phrase since centuries. It is usually used to denote
beauty in subjectivity. But, I might find something abominable which other
person might find beautiful, is the subjectivity of that beauty justify this
believed phrase?
The fact we often miss to look at
while believing on this oft-used statement is the inherent expression of beauty
in the object or in insight of its creator. Did Leonardo Da Vinci know that
his paintings would be appreciated and admired by the art lovers for centuries?
Did the creators of Taj Mahal know that the beauty of Taj Mahal will mystify
people forever? Were these art or other architecture ugly when created and only
gain beauty later when perceived by the beholders’ eyes? Or was it inherently
beautiful when created but no beholder’ eye could see the beauty?
Is beauty really subjective? Will
our photographs be appreciated by the human generation of 2050 which are being
considered as utmost beauty today by the beholders? Some of them may love and
some of them might not even choose to look at those pictures. So will it
justify that the art or beauty is subjective?
It is easier for us to appreciate
the beauty of nature than the beauty based purely on human imagination or
completely an abstract imaginative art. Why, because we easily relate to the
beauty of nature with our own experiences; whether a beautiful bird, ocean,
landscapes, waterfalls or our patriotic emotions. Appreciation of beauty
derives through relation and association. One can only appreciate the beauty of
an object when he/she can relate and associate with that art or object.
Beauty lies not in the eyes of
beholder, but in the eyes of creator, artist. There is always a thought, an
understanding, a concept in artists’ mind while creating an object. The
beholder who actually sees and understands the deeper concept of the art can
see the beauty of the art, and others just gaze upon it. Beauty lies inherent
within the object.
The concept “Beauty lies in the
eyes of beholder” keeps us away to feel the real essence of art, the
understanding and insight of an artist. The truth is, beauty lies in the object
itself, an artist can help us discern it, or few eyes can perceive it.

Saturday Vibes - Start everyday with positivity and keep it alive throughout your life
Everyday whenever you wake up in
the morning, you feel lighter and in very positive and vibrational state of
mind. But as the day goes on; traffic jam, excessive workload at workplace,
fight with some closed ones start giving rise to our expectation, disappointments,
frustration which then takes away our entire positivity. To keep the positivity
alive entire day, you must begin your day with a thought and commitment that no
outer environment can affect your inner being.
Although it’s not easy, but by regular practice you can bring this state
of mind forever.
Let’s dig into few tips to add in
your daily routine which will help you establish a positive vibrational tone
for the rest of the day. This basic healthy routine will help you to align with
your natural state of well-being, will give you more clarity, boost up your
zest for life and help you manifest harmonious relationships and prospects. Even
if some situations in a day deviate you from the starting point, you can gradually
get more control over your reaction by continued practice.
- Meditation: Sit in a quiet comfortable place and meditate for 15 minutes. Relax and focus on your breathing to align with the frequency of your source. You can get access to your inner self, your actual positive self by releasing your thought of resistance. You can play a soothing music while meditation.
- Affirmations: Your thoughts and your positive statements are incredibly powerful when your actual self truly believes on those statements. Simple statements like “I am blessed to have good life, I am strong, I am healthy, I am loved, I am peaceful, I am wealthy, I have the power to make my dreams come true or any such statement that resonates with you.
- Pray: The most propitious time to offer a prayer is when you are in well state of mind, i.e., when you wake up in the morning. You can Thank God for the things you have in life, you can ask for right guidance, clarity in mind for the questions that are troubling you. You can ask for help in becoming a vibrational match to your desires. You can do it either silently or can speak it loud.
- Be still: Sometimes being still and letting the universe work for you can bring some unexpected wonders to you. Allow yourself to be open to anything that may come up. You may experience a feeling of peace or joy, or perchance some words of encouragement may accumulate into your thoughts. We often get answers of many questions when we end the routine with quiet stillness.
- Gratitude: Be grateful to universe for all the things in life you are blessed with. Be grateful for your family, friends, health, life, body, your home, your passions or anything that comes to your mind you are thankful for. By focusing more on the wonderful things you have, you can manifest even more wonderful things in your life.
Since it’s
Saturday, and we here at AK Mishra’s Art of Success celebrating Saturday vibes,
we take the pleasure to recommend you to start follow this routine today onwards
itself and make your weekend and your overall life filled with positive vibes.

Different types of relationships you could experience in life
When you enter in a love relationship, you find everything perfect
and unable to predict what kind of relationship you are into, But by the time,
you start understanding what kind of personality you have and you lover has, the
differences in both personalities, different expectations, different thought
process, which ultimately form and describe a type of relationship.
If you are not happy with the type of relationship you are
into, you must communicate with your partner. It can help better the compatibility
between the two and help you both understand each other. Now let’s have an
insight into the various types of relationship people go through in life.
Toxic
Relationships: Toxic relations are considered to be those relationships
which seem to be perfect and pleasant outside, but are not very contented
inside. Too much frustration, annoyance the two partners feel towards each
other without knowing the strong reason. This usually happens when the two has
something worst stored in their mind, and moved on without clearing it out. And
it comes out whenever any smaller issue occurs. Hence, here the partners need
to sit and resolve their past experiences to avoid further dilemmas.
The Codependent
relationship: This type of relationship is okay to an extent. But
completely getting dependent on your partner for making decisions in life can
bring frustration. However, independent thoughts, decisions, abilities help to
go through even major dilemmas occur in life.
Controlling
Relationship: A controlling relationship is where a partner plays a
dominant role, whereas the other partner simply follows the rules. The other
partner would not realize being dominated for longer period of time, until frustration
or feeling of helplessness begin taking place. Hence, it needs to be eliminated
as a relationship only works when both the partners can freely state their
thoughts and respect each other’s’ freedom.
The
Pastime fling: The pastime fling is where the two partners have not made
any future plans or commitments but live the present with complete compassion
and love. Usually it happens when
both the partners are convinced that the relationship won’t last forever but
currently are in emotional bondage and unable to be apart. Here again the partners
need to discuss and seek for right guidance.
Long
Distance relationship: Long distance relationship is when the two are emotionally
connected with each other but live in two different area codes. Long distance relationship
lasts with great emotional bond, understanding and trust. The two partners here
must understand each other’s reason to live apart and respect the level of
trust towards each other.
The negotiation
relationship: Both the partners are happy in relationship but the relationship
is going through lots of compromises and sacrifices to keep the other partner
happy. The partners in this kind of relationship just need to eliminate
expectance and bring in acceptance to let each other live freely in the
relationship.
The distracted
relationship: This kind of relationship has been encountered by many
couples when both the partners are truly in love but are not able to steal time
for each other as they’re too focused on their career. Here, both the partners
need to respect each other’s passion for their desires but need to steal
sometime to show love and gratitude to each other as well.
The
unhappy relationship: This is the relationship when you are not happy in a
relationship but still sticking to it, for society, for kids or for any
emotional bondage. Here, the partners should
either get apart or look for ways to bring harmony in their relationship.
The
imperfect relationship: The imperfect relationship is when both the partners know
that they are imperfect and have accepted each other with that imperfection.
The kind of relationship is good, as acceptance is requisite for any
relationship but both the partners must keep trying to let each other improve
their personalities with love and compassionate healthy talks or discussions.
The insecure
relationship: This relationship is one of the most difficult relationships
when your partner feels insecure when you talk to some person of opposite sex
or even with friends. Here, both the partners
need to respect each other’s freedom and build strong foundation of trust.
A
completely compatible relationship: This kind of relationship
is hardest to find nowadays, but any type of relationship can become compatible
by eliminating the negative traits of the relationship and bringing harmony,
trust, and love in. The compatible relationship is when both the partners accept
and understand each other completely and stand for each other.
