Deciphering the Mysteries of Life

What is the meaning of life? This simple question continues to perplex us since ages. The existence of life has been mesmerizing both scientific fraternities as well as philosophers equally as then only satisfaction, purpose and fulfillment in the life can be achieved. Many a times, we flip out owing to the never-ending and blood-curdling problems of the life and then we describe life an unsolved mystery that unceasingly throws problems on us. On the flip side, when life gets us windfall gains that we had never asked for, we describe it as joyous celebration.

Philosophers opine that all the vagaries and asperities of life are to test our capabilities and teach us while scientific community believe that there is a cause behind every effect and we need to continually better ourselves and our surrounding to stave off adversities of life . In our humanistic culture, we toil hard to triumph over the hardships of life; we attempt to get business success, good relationships, wealth, and entertainment. But many successful people have testified that even after achieving their goals, there was still a void inside and a feeling of emptiness that nothing seemed to fill.

Life may not be kind to you all the time; it throws numerous challenges at you and takes various turns during its whole span. There are adversities in life, through which life tests your courage and your competence of facing troublesome situations. Once you get a good fix on the basic nature of life , you can fix all your problems without much vexation. If you learn and find out the ways to combat the horrendous and harrowing experiences of life, it morph you into an invincible person, on the other hand if you get frightened and stop putting strenuous efforts, you will fail to learn the lessons that life wants to teach you and you will remain fragile personality. As long as you will not enter into storm, you will never be able to cross that storm. Such incidents unfold the new chapters of life and better our personality so do not fear taking new challenges as it may get you something you had never dreamt of. These incidents actually keep your life lively- without these thrills, your life would be monotonous and boring.

Life might get harsh sometimes, but ultimately brings out the best in you. Just like a teacher life teaches and tests us as it is the only eternal way to enhance our capabilities. Life alone can endow us with emotional maturity and teaches us ways to handle our emotions.
 All our life our mind remains bristled with various emotions of joy, sorrow, despair, hatred, love etc. When you fall in love, the meaning and definition of life changes altogether and also gives your priorities, desires, happiness, expectations, and requirements a new turn. Life is a beautiful gift of God, and love actually puts a crown on this. Love gives life a new dimension and manifests itself in various forms like a child and father’s love, mother’s love, self-love etc. Love is auspicious feeling that keeps this universe alive and kicking. God bestowed upon us extraordinary abilities which is peerless and can bring about miraculous results if put to proper use. Employing this God-given ability, you can notch up success and achieve your goal.
When you truly desire something, the entire universe conspires to help you achieve your goal.
And remember, your attitude towards life is of sublime importance as it often translates into stupendous success whereas negative thoughts take you to unfathomable depths of despair. Always keep your morale high, be optimistic and have faith in God because he is capable enough to wipe out all our miseries. The whole universe is governed by the principles devised by almighty so our uncanny zeal to perform selfless tasks must not be satiated. Sometimes, unpleasant experiences and bad incidents make us think that life is cruel, harsh and we are unfortunate which is not true. Be optimistic, spread optimism and it will fill up your life with positivity.

11 ways to transform your energy and change definition of life

The mental body or our mind is the seat of our feelings, various good or bad emotions and our desires. Where positive emotions and a fear free mind help to lead a positive life, our insecurities and fear overshadow the positives, cause to lessen our self belief. The only way to move out to this negative spiral is to transform your definition of life. Setting yourself free to live life unconditionally, without fears or insecurities is the ultimate way to open yourself to receive abundance. By choosing right, positive emotions, one can attract all the positivities of life., positive people, positive relations, newer opportunities, etc.

Due to various situations occur in our day to day life, it might not be possible to stay positive always, but every little step towards wellness and positivity will serve to make your life meaningful.  Here are some Easy doable tips.

1.       Connect to your inner self
Try mastering a few simple meditation techniques and incorporate it in your daily routine. Devote your 15 minutes in a day performing this simple meditation to start your each day with the newest beginnings and opportunities to explore.
·         Sit on a chair or on the floor (Wherever you feel comfortable)
·         Take a few deep breaths, focus on your breaths.
·         Concentrate on each part of your body and imagine your every single pore, whole body, each cell is breathing. Focus on each part while focusing on the breath going in and out.
This exercise helps you draw cosmic energy and helps  you connect with your deeper self.

2.        Tune into the power of music
Good sound vibration stimulates our inner self. Listen to soothing music, OM chants, hymns whenever you can. You can hear it while going to sleep, while jogging, or in your free time when you're looking for peace and connect with your inner being

3.       Be nature loving
Try to invest quality of time around green areas. Plant trees around you, small plants in the open space of your home. Try and go for nature walks, whether in the morning or evening, once in a while. Walking barefoot for 15 minutes in a day in a park filled with grass, plants or trees is the best and simple way to connect with nature and do away the negative vibes of the entire day.  The earth element has the capacity to absorb all the negative, unbalanced energy and bring positivity inside you.

4.       Have some lively, energetic colors around you
Colors cast out all the vibrations that affect our anima. Different colors have different aspects and significance, where red signifies security, orange signifies emotional Balance, blue improves your intuition power and communication, yellow gives confidence and so on. Use such colors in your everyday life, put some vibrant colors’ coffee mugs at your workplace, or anything. Change your pillow covers, bet sheets, curtain, etc. with primary colors that make you feel good. Lighting colored candles would also help bring positivity around you. Choose vibrant hues, outfits which could be subtle but vibrant, depending on the way you like to project yourself.

5.       Embrace a child’s love
Kids have a natural, vibrant energy that is truly a blessing for adults to experience. Speak to a child or share your experience, even the hard times you had in a day with a child in your family or a neighbor around you or any kid you know, you will be amazed to see the problem or worries disappearing from your mind and bringing a positive energy into your life.

6.       Laugh
Laugh at anything, recall some past incident which makes you laugh. One must have a good laugh at least 10 minutes in a day. It releases feel-good hormones, opens up the blocked energy pattern and it’s even very beneficial to cure various diseases.

7.       Fill your home with positive energy
Light a candle in your home every morning and evening and see the change in yourself. Fire element has the capacity to burn all the negative energies. Do not keep the windows or door always closed, have open windows at your home, the flow of air has the capacity to take away the negative energy.

8.       Revive the child within you
We all have a child that exists within us. Always keep that child alive in you. Do crazy things, do things you like to do or you used to do as a child- be it playing, coloring, drawing, jumping, anything. It stimulates your brain and help you explore new dimensions of life.

9.       Do some acupressure exercise
Whenever you feel stressed, press the points around your eyes, ear lobes and the point between your lip and nose. These are the stimulating pressure points which help reduce stress. These points are directly connected to the nerve endings which control the feelings of uneasiness. Pressing your arms can also relax your mind and body.

10.   Develop a healthy lifestyle
A body, mind, soul work entire day and get exhausted when not get properly emphasis and care. Adopt a lifestyle which pampers your body every day, like Good sleep, healthy diet, exercise, drink enough water, have fruits. At last, Have gratitude, appreciate your body, be thankful to God for what you have. Gratitude is the most beautiful emotion that fills us with positive energy.

Keep the things around you neat and clean. Your home, your vehicle, your workstation, and most importantly your mind. Untidiness creates blocks in the flow of energy inside you. Gandhiji disseminated the message of truth and peace to the world and is conceived of as momentous preacher of non-violence.   
His contribution in the India’s struggle for freedom is stupendous. He instilled faith and courage in the hearts of people that freedom can be had without adopting any forms of violence and practicing truth and non-violence is the highest virtue. Gandhiji made people believe that they must do away with all kinds of slaveries and injustices so that a healthy society can be formed.

Chanakya IAS Academy shared Success Tips for “Civil Services Examination” at Jammu

Chanakya IAS Academy conducted a seminar at General Zorawar Singh Auditorium, Jammu University on 29th Sep 2015. The purpose of the event was to motivate the students while keeping them aware of the changes, and further helping them by removing their dilemmas that might hinder their path to success.

With a goal to spread clear understanding and knowledge about Civil Services Examination to the students who aspire to be a part of Civil Services, The seminar was organized under the guidance of AK Mishra, Founder and Managing Director of Chanakya IAS Academy, who is fondly known as “Success Guru” amongst his students. Mr. Vibodh Gupta, MLC of Jammu, was the chief guest of the programme, who congratulated Mr. Mishra for giving more than 3000 Civil Servants to the nation and appreciated Mr. Mishra’s decision for opening up Chanakya IAS Academy’s branch in Jammu.

Chanakya IAS Academy also invited its successful candidates to share their experience and provide success tips and right guidance to the participated Civil Service Aspirants. The Successful candidates shared information about the latest changes in the UPSC, write books and methodology, the level of the syllabus, time required, marking scheme, medium of answering and put to rest several doubts. However, it was Success Guru AK Mishra, who with his vast experience and sharp insight dispelled the most commonly believed myths related to civil services. With facts and figures he proved that there is in fact no need to be intimidated by the large number of candidates appearing for the examination. He emphasized upon the need to think like an officer while preparing for the examination.

Mr AK. Mishra, Founder and Managing Director of Chanakya IAS Academy and AK Mishra's Art of Success, gave success tips to numerous students who were involved in the seminar. He further stated in the seminar that “the nature of Civil Services Examination compared with other university examinations is entirely different. In reality, Civil Services Exams should not be concerned with the preparations of the subjects rather aspirants should be focusing on being a better Administrator. For students to achieve success, the essence should be hard work, self confidence, goal setting, time management and energy management among many other things.”

According to him, it's surreal for parents to see their child as an IAS or PCS officer, although the incredulous environment is a recurring motif in their academic life which leads to discontentment in the aspirant's mind often resulting them to wander away from their goals. This is to a great extent results in giving up their dreams. He believes guiding them properly and motivating them could amount extraordinary results. This is the reason why Chanakya IAS Academy invented the "Art of Success" programme so that students can overcome their skepticism and achieve success.  

Mr. Mishra indicated that Chanakya IAS Academy will launch their center in Jammu center very soon, so as to enable the students of Jammu and Kashmir to avail of Quality teaching at the comfort of their home state.

Truly an enlightening experience; the seminar left the audience wanting for more. He concluded the seminar by stressing upon the fact that civil service examination is much more than the test of knowledge; it’s about the application and correct inference.
