Discover the unlimited potential Within You

This world has been created by the people who dared to dream and believe in possibilities. All inventions, discoveries and achievements in human civilizations are results of believers and strivers. The Creator created the hardware but delegated the responsibilities of developing software to human beings. Hence every human being is born to succeed and grow to no limit. This is because success of every human being is the success of the Creator himself. Success is the basic inherent principle of Nature. Whatever good or bad you believe in and you try for, you will succeed in.

Every human being is unique and an ultimate creation of God. No one is a random creation. There is a purpose behind everyone to be born on earth. In this regard I would like to quote the famous statement given by Max Lucado who says: “‘you were not an accident, you were not mass produced, you were not an assembly line product. You were deliberately planned, specifically gifted and lovingly positioned on earth by the master craftsman.” In other words, it is not that mass production is going on in an industry like Tata Steel Plant and a human is created as one of the mass, it’s also not that, there is a single dye used to replicate production of human beings as in the case of production of mobile sets by a company. There is no accidental production of anyone. In fact each one is a deliberate creation of God with some certain purposes and therefore everyone is gifted with some specific qualities and is born to certain parents and to certain environment and place .Thus wherever you are born, is not an advantage or disadvantage till the time you realize it’s importance and take it as a scheme of God. Take example of the great men of the human civilization, more than 80% of them were born in unprivileged conditions and to unknown and unprivileged parents. To pick up a few examples, Mahatma Gandhi, Abraham Lincon, our former President Abdul Kalam, Einstein, Thomas Edison, Bill Gates and Dheerubhai Ambani all were from very humble socio-economic background. In fact, such humble backgrounds were the nurturing grounds for their excellence in later part of their lives.

Thus the story of success for anyone begins with trust on himself/ herself that he/ she is the ultimate creation of God and is born to succeed and remain happy for fulfilling the basic objectives of his/her birth. No one is born as great or small. To every parent their new born child is looked as the ultimate child on the earth, and perhaps the most intelligent and most good looking one also. But very soon things become different. The child starts getting compared with others and social conditioning of the child begins. Then he/ she do not remain in what unlimited potential he/she was born with. In fact he /she starts getting personality as conditioned by the social environment he/she gets. Growing with age his / her original potential or individuality becomes dormant and social conditioning termed as personality becomes the reality. Consequently what he /she can do or cannot do is not the result of his/her original potential but of his / her belief system as conditioned by the environment.

As a grown up person the first and the foremost duty for you is to spend some peaceful time to develop your consciousness towards yourself. If you have desire to accomplish something in your life but fear and doubt comes on the way, you must understand that some wrong conditioning has happened in your mind towards your goal. Therefore, before moving ahead with your efforts, you must try to come out of that wrong conditioning and reprogramme your mind with realization of your actual potential and strong belief system. The real thrill is not in doing something that you find easy but in doing something that seems difficult. It does not take more time to follow a bigger dream than a smaller one .Therefore you should never hesitate on creating a dream as big as you can.

Goal setting is very crucial in human life. Without a clear goal life is worthless. We are different from other animals because we can dream and we can follow our dreams. But these dreams are meaningless till the time these becomes objectives of our life. As former President of India Shri Abdul Kalam says,” dream is not one that you see while sleeping but that you see when you are awake and that does not allow you to sleep.” Only this kind of dream can become goal. However, in relation to your goal, you must ask to yourself following questions seriously and contemplate on them:

What do you want? When do you want it? Why do you want it? And how will get it? It is a very crucial to be very specific about what do you want. For example, when you make a choice for a career you need be very specific about what you want to be. If you want to be a civil servant, must be specific about what service like IAS, IFS or IPS you want to be in. Your mind will work better and your energy will be more channelized when you are specific about your goal. This clarity of choice must be supported by time line .Thus when you want to be an IAS needs a specification of time, for example in year 2015 or 2016/2017/2018. You cannot get result from you till the time you become specific about a deadline. These above two questions ‘What’ and ‘When’ must be supported by a clear answer for ‘Why’. The answer for ‘Why’ will give you strong motivation and enthusiasm for your efforts. This makes you clear about the choice of goal and keeps you connected with the tastes and glories of your goal. For example if someone motivates you to climb mountain for 5 km without giving answer for ‘Why’, you will not be able to go even for a few meters. On the other hand if you have a reasons, tastes and attractions connected to your mountain climbing you will forget all difficulties on the way and reach the top of the mountain with all enthusiasm and spirit.

Then finally comes the question ‘How’. This is the technique of achieving your goal that you may call ‘Art of Success’. This is where you have to assess your existing potential and upgrade it to the desired level. You have to sharpen your skills in order to match with the expectations of your goal.

International Women's Day

In a world of such heinous crime against women, international women’s day calls for respect, equality and encouragement towards the women. It represents an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the women of the world. While we talk about the achievements how can we forget to give a salute to the women staff at Chanakya IAS Academy and AK Mishra’s Art of Success. A beautiful bond, women power and sense of conformity has always been at the forefront at both the organizations of success guru AK Mishra, which has taken Chanakya IAS Academy his flagship business and AK Mishra’s Art of Success (his newest establishment) to newer heights.

The constant growth and confirmative rising figures are proof enough to ensure how Chanakya IAS Academy and AK Mishra’s Art of Success are touching heights and a lot of credit goes to the dominating number of women staff who have been earnestly chosen from the best of companies in the industry to be a part of these ever evolving companies. These women are seen tactfully handling day to day tasks and combining their efforts in sync with the overall companys’ targets and mission.
While on one hand we have a lady director leading conglomerate of businesses for success guru, the other side of this coin comprises of 2 turnkey project heads for Chanakya IAS Academy and AK Mishra’s Art of Success who struggle night and day giving shape to the dreams of AK Mishra aka success guru, (inventor and director of Chanakya IAS Academy and AOS) while giving nation leaders and providing alluring transformational experience to every individual around the globe respectively.
March 8th is international women’s day. It is meaningless to fix one day of the year as women’s Day as women all over the world are in a continuous battle within the society. Each and every day should be celebrated as women’s Day nevertheless dedicating a day is a great attempt to connect with women and appreciate the fairer sex.

In return to the favor of women’s sincerity towards the organizations, it’s our responsibility to keep women safe and secured. Therefore, AOS has special policies for women which includes assurance of dignity, due respects towards their efforts, encouragement in all the fields, a separate parking area for the women staff is allotted which is well lit and nearest to the staircase and the elevator, while Chanakya IAS Academy follows stringent rule of providing cab facilities during late hours. That’s not it, there are special allowances for single mothers under the HR policies at AOS which is an attempt to salute all mothers who strive hard to strike a perfect work life parenting balance
AOS strongly believes that attracting, retaining and promoting women is crucial for the success of the company, as it has been noticed in Chanakya IAS Academy as well since last 22yrs. An astounding bond and sincerity of the women counselor has taken Chanakya IAS Academy at a tremendous level of success. This is why, AOS and Chanakya have so many women contributing to an environment that is rich in diversity, acknowledges each individual's uniqueness and promotes and respects personal achievement and stewardship.
AOS believes that women can have it all and has developed opportunities to help women define and achieve their goals. Through Women's Mentoring, a programme that pairs female leaders with AOS leadership mentors, employees can take advantage of virtual workshops and networking tips to help guide their careers at AOS and Chanakya IAS Academy.

AOS connects women globally through AK Mishra Foundation and Life Lover’s Club which brings to life the Defining success. AK Mishra foundation not only connects with the rural area people or the disaster suffering people but also connects women across the world through global internet connectivity to keep us updated about the sufferings of women and their requirements, which helps AOS to plan AK Mishra’s Art of Success sessions specially designed for women. The idea is to offer women a place to share experiences, advice and insights, while finding inspiration from others.

On this auspicious occasion of women’s day, AK Mishra’s Art of Success congratulates to every woman at Chanakya IAS Academy and AOS and wishes them a great ongoing success with the same sincerity and wonderful bonding.

Stop worrying and start Living

Stop worrying and start living

·         Worry Less, Smile more. Accept criticism, take responsibility
·         Be quiet & listen. Love life. embrace change
Remember, while you’re busy on stressing, you are also missing out on life.
Separate frustrations from your day and put them on a shelf far, far away from anything that concerns you, at the end, it’s really not worth it. LIVE THE MOMENT AND MAKE BEST OUT OF IT.
Worry is a down payment on a problem you may never have.
Here are Scientifically Proven Ways to Stop Worrying
1.      If you’re a worrier, your ABCs are as follows:
·         A stands for: Activating Event
·         B stands for: Belief
·         C stands for: Consequent Emotion
Write down the activating event which is making you stressful
Now, analyze your belief about that event, then the consequent emotions attached with that event. Does your belief and consequent emotions helping you to bring a positive change in the Activating event?
If no, then replace the belief with the truth and your consequent emotions with you positive attitude and move on.
2.      You have to decide to be the one in charge of your emotions, or your emotions will take charge of you. Renew your mind. Let truth wash over you. New neuropath ways can actually form in our brains as we begin to think differently about our world, our relationships, and ourselves.

3.      Get Outside and Move: move your body and do it in the great outdoors. Exercise gives us happy chemicals in our brains (endorphin). Why do you think runners are always chasing that feeling known as “runner’s high”? Because it actually exists and it feels really good when you find it. All sorts of good things happen in our bodies when we exercise or dance.

TRAITS OF HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE –WHICH WE MUST REALIZE WITHIN OURSELVES

  • They work hard!  Yes, they play hard, too!  They expect performance from others, but they expect extraordinary performance from themselves. High-level success starts with a recognition that hard work pays off.
  • They network.  Successful people have a rolodex full of people who value their friendship and stand for them.
  • They are incredibly curious and eager to learn.  Repeated success is not about memorizing facts, it’s about being able to take information and create, build, or apply it in new and important ways. Successful people want to learn everything about everything!
  • They work on themselves and never quit!  When a relationship or business deal goes sour, they assume they can learn from it and they expect to do better next time. Successful people don’t tolerate flaws; they fix them!
  • They are extraordinarily creative.  They see new combinations, new possibilities, new opportunities and challenges where others see problems or limitations.
  • They are self-reliant and take responsibility.  Extremely successful people take the initiative and accept the responsibilities of success. They don’t worry about blames.
  • They are usually relaxed and keep their perspective.  Even in times of stress or turmoil, highly successful people keep their balance; they know the value of timing, humor, and patience.
  • Extremely successful people live in the present moment.  They know that "Now" is the only time they can control.  They take full advantage of each day. Successful people don’t waste time, they use it!
  • They "look over the horizon" to see the future.  They observe trends, notice changes, see shifts, and hear the nuances that others miss. Extremely successful people live in the present, with one eye on the future.

The combination of these traits works together, giving huge advantage to the successful people. Because they are insatiable learners, they can respond wisely to change.  And finally, none of these traits are genetic!  They can be learned! They are free and they are skills you can use. Start now!

Declare yourself the luckiest person and attract unconditional luck and abundance

People, who consider themselves as lucky, really end up having more good fortune in their lives.

The more you wake up in excited anticipation of good things happening to you, the more you consciously look for goodness in the world, and the more you celebrate every little blessing with a Woohoo, thanks Universe!, the more amazing things happen.

How does declaring yourself a lucky person works?

1.       Beliefs are incredibly powerful; they filter how we see the world. Once you’ve programmed your world-view (the world is a beautiful, friendly, abundant place vs. the world is hostile, competitive and scary), your subconscious mind starts seeking out information to match your beliefs.

2.      Your thoughts create things. The more you expect your desires to come true, the more they will – when they are coming from your soul, your authentic self.
When dreams unfold like magic and you feel like you are gently flowing downstream on the river of life.

3.      Change your heart to change the world

This universe is like a mountain, your echo surrounds around the entire universe. Whatever you will scream, the world will give it back. So, scream good things, and your life will fill with abundance. Even if someone says badly about you, speak well about the person. Change your heart to change the world.

Discover things you need to take care about to feel the beauty of Life

Every day is a new beginning to love, live, laugh, to be a better person, to realize your abilities, to feel the charm inside you, to feel the beauty of the universe. Live the beauty!

You will explore your Key to Success, when you overcome these following attributes and transform your personality

1.       Anger:  Most elusive form of emotion you can ever burden yourself with. Every bit of anger you hold on to damages your soul. The only person gets hurt with your Anger is “Yourself”.

2.       Annoyances: Everything that annoys you mirrors something inside you. Rather than look outward for the solution, look inside to understand where that annoyance is coming from.
3.       Attachment: Remember, nothing is permanent in this world. Don’t deplore over the loss of something. Be happy that it happened instead, it gave you a chance to explore something new.

4.       Blame: Whenever you point a finger at someone else, there are three other fingers pointing back at you.

5.       Change in personalities: You can’t change other people. You can only change yourself, of course to be better

6.       Comparing: You don’t need to compare because everyone is different. Your goal is not to be like others but to be yourself. Stop comparing with others and focus on being yourself instead.

7.       Competition: The only competition you have is yourself.

8.       Criticism: Helps you to become better. Don’t reject it, but, celebrate it!

9.       Escaping: Escapism has never solved any problem for anyone. The moment you decide to face your problems is the moment you gain power over your life.

10.   Failure: Failure is a necessary part of success. Every great success is almost always preceded by a great failure. It’s important to learn from your failures and harness the lesson so you can reach to that higher level of success.

11.   Fear: Fear is a dis-empowering emotion to live with. Your real self is not filled with fear. Discard it and you will be set free.
