International Women's Day

In a world of such heinous crime against women, international women’s day calls for respect, equality and encouragement towards the women. It represents an opportunity to celebrate the achievements of the women of the world. While we talk about the achievements how can we forget to give a salute to the women staff at Chanakya IAS Academy and AK Mishra’s Art of Success. A beautiful bond, women power and sense of conformity has always been at the forefront at both the organizations of success guru AK Mishra, which has taken Chanakya IAS Academy his flagship business and AK Mishra’s Art of Success (his newest establishment) to newer heights.

March 8^th is international women’s day. It is meaningless to fix one day of the year as women’s Day as women all over the world are in a continuous battle within the society. Each and every day should be celebrated as women’s Day nevertheless dedicating a day is a great attempt to connect with women and appreciate the fairer sex.

In return to the favor of women’s sincerity towards the organizations, it’s our responsibility to keep women safe and secured. Therefore, AOS has special policies for women which includes assurance of dignity, due respects towards their efforts, encouragement in all the fields, a separate parking area for the women staff is allotted which is well lit and nearest to the staircase and the elevator, while Chanakya IAS Academy follows stringent rule of providing cab facilities during late hours. That’s not it, there are special allowances for single mothers under the HR policies at AOS which is an attempt to salute all mothers who strive hard to strike a perfect work life parenting balance
