Stop worrying and start Living

Stop worrying and start living

·         Worry Less, Smile more. Accept criticism, take responsibility
·         Be quiet & listen. Love life. embrace change
Remember, while you’re busy on stressing, you are also missing out on life.
Separate frustrations from your day and put them on a shelf far, far away from anything that concerns you, at the end, it’s really not worth it. LIVE THE MOMENT AND MAKE BEST OUT OF IT.
Worry is a down payment on a problem you may never have.
Here are Scientifically Proven Ways to Stop Worrying
1.      If you’re a worrier, your ABCs are as follows:
·         A stands for: Activating Event
·         B stands for: Belief
·         C stands for: Consequent Emotion
Write down the activating event which is making you stressful
Now, analyze your belief about that event, then the consequent emotions attached with that event. Does your belief and consequent emotions helping you to bring a positive change in the Activating event?
If no, then replace the belief with the truth and your consequent emotions with you positive attitude and move on.
2.      You have to decide to be the one in charge of your emotions, or your emotions will take charge of you. Renew your mind. Let truth wash over you. New neuropath ways can actually form in our brains as we begin to think differently about our world, our relationships, and ourselves.

3.      Get Outside and Move: move your body and do it in the great outdoors. Exercise gives us happy chemicals in our brains (endorphin). Why do you think runners are always chasing that feeling known as “runner’s high”? Because it actually exists and it feels really good when you find it. All sorts of good things happen in our bodies when we exercise or dance.

TRAITS OF HIGHLY SUCCESSFUL PEOPLE –WHICH WE MUST REALIZE WITHIN OURSELVES

  • They work hard!  Yes, they play hard, too!  They expect performance from others, but they expect extraordinary performance from themselves. High-level success starts with a recognition that hard work pays off.
  • They network.  Successful people have a rolodex full of people who value their friendship and stand for them.
  • They are incredibly curious and eager to learn.  Repeated success is not about memorizing facts, it’s about being able to take information and create, build, or apply it in new and important ways. Successful people want to learn everything about everything!
  • They work on themselves and never quit!  When a relationship or business deal goes sour, they assume they can learn from it and they expect to do better next time. Successful people don’t tolerate flaws; they fix them!
  • They are extraordinarily creative.  They see new combinations, new possibilities, new opportunities and challenges where others see problems or limitations.
  • They are self-reliant and take responsibility.  Extremely successful people take the initiative and accept the responsibilities of success. They don’t worry about blames.
  • They are usually relaxed and keep their perspective.  Even in times of stress or turmoil, highly successful people keep their balance; they know the value of timing, humor, and patience.
  • Extremely successful people live in the present moment.  They know that "Now" is the only time they can control.  They take full advantage of each day. Successful people don’t waste time, they use it!
  • They "look over the horizon" to see the future.  They observe trends, notice changes, see shifts, and hear the nuances that others miss. Extremely successful people live in the present, with one eye on the future.

The combination of these traits works together, giving huge advantage to the successful people. Because they are insatiable learners, they can respond wisely to change.  And finally, none of these traits are genetic!  They can be learned! They are free and they are skills you can use. Start now!

Declare yourself the luckiest person and attract unconditional luck and abundance

People, who consider themselves as lucky, really end up having more good fortune in their lives.

The more you wake up in excited anticipation of good things happening to you, the more you consciously look for goodness in the world, and the more you celebrate every little blessing with a Woohoo, thanks Universe!, the more amazing things happen.

How does declaring yourself a lucky person works?

1.       Beliefs are incredibly powerful; they filter how we see the world. Once you’ve programmed your world-view (the world is a beautiful, friendly, abundant place vs. the world is hostile, competitive and scary), your subconscious mind starts seeking out information to match your beliefs.

2.      Your thoughts create things. The more you expect your desires to come true, the more they will – when they are coming from your soul, your authentic self.
When dreams unfold like magic and you feel like you are gently flowing downstream on the river of life.

3.      Change your heart to change the world

This universe is like a mountain, your echo surrounds around the entire universe. Whatever you will scream, the world will give it back. So, scream good things, and your life will fill with abundance. Even if someone says badly about you, speak well about the person. Change your heart to change the world.

Discover things you need to take care about to feel the beauty of Life

Every day is a new beginning to love, live, laugh, to be a better person, to realize your abilities, to feel the charm inside you, to feel the beauty of the universe. Live the beauty!

You will explore your Key to Success, when you overcome these following attributes and transform your personality

1.       Anger:  Most elusive form of emotion you can ever burden yourself with. Every bit of anger you hold on to damages your soul. The only person gets hurt with your Anger is “Yourself”.

2.       Annoyances: Everything that annoys you mirrors something inside you. Rather than look outward for the solution, look inside to understand where that annoyance is coming from.
3.       Attachment: Remember, nothing is permanent in this world. Don’t deplore over the loss of something. Be happy that it happened instead, it gave you a chance to explore something new.

4.       Blame: Whenever you point a finger at someone else, there are three other fingers pointing back at you.

5.       Change in personalities: You can’t change other people. You can only change yourself, of course to be better

6.       Comparing: You don’t need to compare because everyone is different. Your goal is not to be like others but to be yourself. Stop comparing with others and focus on being yourself instead.

7.       Competition: The only competition you have is yourself.

8.       Criticism: Helps you to become better. Don’t reject it, but, celebrate it!

9.       Escaping: Escapism has never solved any problem for anyone. The moment you decide to face your problems is the moment you gain power over your life.

10.   Failure: Failure is a necessary part of success. Every great success is almost always preceded by a great failure. It’s important to learn from your failures and harness the lesson so you can reach to that higher level of success.

11.   Fear: Fear is a dis-empowering emotion to live with. Your real self is not filled with fear. Discard it and you will be set free.

Phoenix Week

In Greek Mythology, Phoenix is a mythical bird, which is periodically reborn or regenerated. Associated with the sun, a phoenix obtains new life by arising from the ashes of its predecessor. According to the historical record, the phoenix symbolizes long life or renewal, in general. Thus, a human being also constantly requires to be reborn with new traits while overcoming the bad attributes in one’s personality.
The best and productive way to keep a constant check on where a person lacks and where an organization or a person requires an innovative refinement is periodically organizing phoenix week in an organization, which is worthy not only for an organisation’s growth but for personal boost as well. Giving a reality check to yourself by confessing all the problems and weakness is the best way to bring out the better side of your personality and feel the pleasure of improvements. Organizing Phoenix week in an organization encourages team work, helps to grab dynamics of working together and improves better understanding between the organizational staff and betters the relations between the staff and top level management of the organization. Phoenix week usually can be described as a sacred occasion to celebrate and transform culture of the organization. To thrive in the professional world or even in personal life, one must analyse the weakness of the person which keeps him/her away from the glory of improvements and which becomes the major obstacle in one’s success.
Phoenix week majorly focuses on innovation. Innovation is about what’s new and what’s next. It’s about that exciting leap forward into uncharted territory. Innovation is also about what works… better. It’s about that incremental step forward that makes old ideas new again and re purposes the familiar into the unexpected. Phoenix week is all about introducing yourself with your weakness and giving yourself a deadline to overcome those weaknesses and entering into a new path of improvements, or reborn with the positive traits leaving behind those weakness and negative attributes.
Phoenix is like building blocks for a better and improving organization as it affects every person associated with the organization in such a positive manner which helps to remove all the negative energy. Organizing phoenix also affects the relationships within the organization professionally. It surely improves the courage within personnel and helps to give the best results which improve operational efficiency too. It makes one belief that changes are made for betterment or experiments which either gives a positive result or teaches for the next better smart work.

Phoenix week can also be a fun activity to be organized in organization constantly where the employees share their personal weakness and what weakness they observe in their other colleagues and the areas which they need to improve by the end of the phoenix week. Or it can be another active exercise where the professionals will not only improve their weakness by the end of the week but, everyone has to come up with a new idea as well, which somewhere will contribute to the growth of the organization or which will give a new innovative shape to the organizational structure. Therefore, phoenix is all about bringing something new. The world is full of possibilities; we have lot to explore in the world. It gives opportunity of self-exploration, so as to understand well one’s own traits and control them accordingly. Living in the same phenomena takes out the real breath of life. Whereas, living with the same weaknesses and same negative traits is another bump to the new innovation and explorations in life. Therefore, Phoenix week is not only be used within the organization for organizational growth, but it is something which everyone should adopt in their life to constantly move towards an improvised soul.
