This is a basic problems faced by

that thoughts are natural process of our brain. Although meditation is a powerful

the thoughts, but by becoming aware of the silence which is naturally present
in Human’s mind along with numerous thoughts. When we stop resisting what is
naturally happening, we experience calmness and peace.
Restlessness
Generally people find it difficult to
sit still in a place for a long time while meditating. It’s very common in
initial mediation process of thinking about the things you could be doing or
the restlessness like you would want to get up right away.
The best solution for this
restlessness is start feeling the sensation of restlessness in your body. In
which part of your body you are feeling that restlessness or start focusing on
your breaths. Breathe in and out, the sensation you feel in the body while
breathing. Although it is a time taking process, but gradually people actually
start enjoying this procedure. And the best thing is the result, which people
gains with the meditation exercise, which banish out the restlessness
gradually.
