Essentials of abnormal psychology to achieve extraordinary Success

One of the great enigmas of life is “being normal" or "reasonable", often means settling for ordinary results, while success demands from us to step out of these conventional and ordinary boundaries, and experience extraordinary with our unique abilities and power. Highly successful people are, by definition, not average people!

All of us have been pressured to conform at one time or another. We've been told to "sit still" in school, to "stop interrupting" or "not make a scene." We've been criticized for dressing, speaking, acting or thinking or being "different." The subtle and not-so-subtle pressures to accept conventional norms are powerful. "To get along, you have to go along."

Abraham Lincoln is widely regarded as the greatest American president, yet the thing he was most known for among his friends was his repulsive refusal to quit running for office, even after he lost thirty-two elections! That is not normal, but a belief was so powerful within him that he didn't care about what is normal or what isn't. He did not compromised with his failures, but he challenged those failures again and again and finally achieved his deep desire, with his not so normal decisions of life.
The Wright brothers thought they could fly! Henry Ford thought he could put a car in every garage. Narendra Modi while selling tea on his small tea stall thought he could be Prime Minister someday. Dhirubhai Ambani thought he could be a great business tycoon and the owner of Reliance Industry no matter if he has brought up from such a small village, no matter if even his father did not support him and did not find his decision “normal”.  He had a belief that he can do it and left behind all the conventional boundaries of being normal or reasonable.
To achieve anything in life you must have a belief and then the entire cosmic force energy will be gathered to make you achieve your desire.

While giving a tribute to Raj guru, Sukhdev and Bhagat Singh, let’s recall the history; they decided to lay their lives for the country? They were so focused that they will give our country peace and independence at any cost, they did it. And then they died for the country with an contented heart because they fulfilled their inherent goal of making our country independent. It was their belief which has today given an independent and wonderful life to billions of Indians.

Now, we need to tell the truth here. A lot of crazy ideas really are…crazy. We've all had brilliant ideas in the middle of the night, only to find that in the clear light of day they weren't worth pursuing. Many great ideas have been lost because the genius who thought it up was shy. Or lacked courage. Or was intimidated by someone's comments that, “YOU CAN’T DO THAT”!

All great ideas were crazy before they were brilliant. Alexander Bell thought he could talk over copper wires, and even worse, Marconi thought he could send messages through thin air! When David Sarnoff wanted to launch the first radio network (now NBC), one investor ridiculed him by asking, "Who would pay to send a message to no one in particular? “How crazy was that!?

If you can read this, you are a genius. You have had thousands of wonderful, creative, brilliant ideas—most of which you've never pursued, because you let your fear come in between your brain power, your ideas.
Success is not achieved by being "ordinary." It is achieved by following your own path and trusting your own instincts.
No two people have the same DNA or the same fingerprints. No two parents (not even spouses) raise their children quite the same way. Everyone is unique in their own ways. Everyone has different taste, likes and thought process. Only the brain power is same, equal. But the thought process is different. So why let others judge your thoughts or decision, why let others comment on your dreams, even if the dreams are not normal. If you feel it’s normal for you, if your feel you can do it, GO FOR IT! Yes, you made for that, and you discovered it. You have discovered the reason behind your birth. Now time to Take charge of Life.  Don’t let anyone come and again keep you away from the real motive of yours to be born.

To achieve your unique version of success, follow your heart. Yes, you'll want to learn from others, have a great strategy and superb execution. Yes, you'll want to obey the law and regulations, and you'll need a great team. But primarily, you become great by being exactly, and uniquely yourself. This is a call for more eccentrics, more individuals, more creative, shameless adventurers. Go where your heart and your instincts lead.
FOLLOW YOUR DREAM!
Instead of following the "normal" highway, blaze a new path and leave a trail for others to follow.

We introduce our audience powerful tool to maximize success and abundance in our AK Mishra’s Art of Success sessions. To understand more in brief and to experience that outstanding transformation within you, book yourself for our upcoming session.

3 Common Affirmation Myths

Since affirmation and law of attraction is much popular in new generation, there is still a lot of confusion and disagreement about how they should be used. You've probably heard some of this advice from experts before, affirmations must always be stated in present tense; they must be repeated every day, they must be spoken aloud; they must never include negative words like won't or can't. Law of Attraction doesn’t understand the words “Don’t, No, not”. Even if you’re thinking “I don’t want to be unhealthy”, the law of attraction will send a message in the Universe “I want to be Unhealthy” and you will attract the same. Always focus on “What do you want” and keep behind the thoughts related to the things “what you don’t wan’t in Life”, or what you fear from. When there is believe, no fear or the 2nd thought can be aligned with the positive affirmation and thought process.

Myth #1 - Affirmations must always be stated in present tense.

The reason why most affirmations are stated in present tense is so that you will start feeling as if your desire is already a reality now. For example, you might say, "I am fit, healthy and strong," rather than, "I will be fit, healthy and strong."
However, sometimes using present tense stirs up a lot of resistance. You just don't believe it, so the affirmation won't work for you. To get something into the existence, your thought process must be aligned with your inner feeling. If you were to say, "I am fit, healthy and strong," but you don't FEEL fit, healthy or strong, your mind is going to reject that affirmation. It just doesn't feel true for you. Therefore, Using FUTURE tense sometimes can also help make an affirmation more believable. For Ex. if you were to say, "I am becoming healthier and stronger every day," or "I am willing to feel stronger and healthier right now," you might have an easier time absorbing the message
Myth #2 - Affirmations need to be very specific.

Affirmations need to focus specifically on a certain outcome you want. For example, "I easily earn 1.5 lakh in a month”, rather than, "I am financially successful."
This is true ONLY if the specific outcome doesn't contradict your current situation too much. Sometimes when you get too specific, you highlight the discrepancy between the words you are saying and the reality you are living. If you are currently struggling with some serious financial problems, the last thing you want to do is recite a specific financial affirmation! That will only make you feel worse.
If you are currently struggling with some serious financial problems, the last thing you want to do is recite a specific financial affirmation! That will only make you feel worse. Do not think about I am suffering from loo, but now I’ll make my situation better, rather only say, I am allowing my financial condition to be better day by day, I am attracting more business, I am ready to allow financial solutions now.
“DO NOT FOCUS ON WHAT IS BAD OR WHAT YOU DON’T WANT, INSTEAD FOCUS ON WHAT IS GOING TO BE BETTER. WHAT YOU WANT, KEEPING BEHIND ALL THE NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCES YOU ARE SUFFERING FROM. REMEMBER, THESE NEGATIVE CIRCUMSTANCE ARE THE RESULT OF YOUR PAST THOUGHTS, DON’T LET THEM SHAPE YOUR FUTURE.

Myth #3 - Affirmations need to be spoken aloud.
You may have heard that affirmations work best when they are spoken aloud, but sometimes it's not easy to do that. If you don't live alone or you are otherwise surrounded by people much of the time, you may not want to advertise the fact that you are using affirmations.
I have found that affirmations can work just as well if they are mentally recited or written down rather than spoken aloud. However, because our thoughts move much faster than our spoken words, it's helpful to mentally recite an affirmation very slowly and deliberately, while focusing on the words just as you would when speaking aloud. If you allow your mind to move too fast, you won't be focusing too intently on the affirmations so your results may not be as impressive.

Take your time when focusing on an affirmation. Really tune in to the words and the essence of the feeling behind the words. The more keenly you focus on the concept, the more easily you will absorb the new message.

When you start working deliberately with affirmations, you quickly realize that there are no "carved in stone" rules for using them. Different techniques will work better for some people, and not for others. The key is to practice and find out what works best for YOU.

Understanding of right Paradigm for effective activity of mind

The art of running our mind begins with understanding of Paradigm. This term can be defined as our perception, understanding and interpretation of anything. It is a kind of reference map in our mind through which we perceive, understand and interpret anything in our world. This is developed from our education, socialization and culturisation. We need to review, examine and revise our paradigm with all open mind to grow in our life. Quite often our paradigm is governed by old facts and truths. They need to be updated. For example, there was a time when it was believed that sun moves around earth. That time human paradigm and all explanations related to cosmic phenomena were guided by this concept of sun and other cosmic bodies moving around earth. Later discoveries drastically changed the paradigm. Most of the geographical and scientific discoveries are examples of paradigm shifts. In relation to your efforts towards your goal in life, you always need to review your paradigm. When you do so, with an open mind, you get astonishing results. You will discover that something is impossible till now because of wrong paradigm. Here you need to shift your paradigm based on latest relevant facts and thought.

For Example. While going into the truth as to how and why is Civil Services Exam tough, you may discover that your existing paradigm is based on facts from your listening and reading which otherwise are different in reality when examined and analysed properly. The factors like ‘vacancies are around 700 and applicants are around 3,00,000’, ‘attempts are limited’, ‘age limit is just between 21 and 30’, and that ‘syllabus is tough’ are disturbing for you till the time you go out of the prevailing notion and examine the facts yourself. While moving in right paradigm you find that while applicants are about 3 lac every year, those who turn up to the examination hall are not more than 50%. Further, not all those who appear in the examination are serious about this examination. Those who take it seriously and prepare also seriously under right guidance and with proper reading material, are around 10,000 every year. If you are a serious candidate your actual competition is among 10,000 in the Preliminary examination. The same happened with everyone. The wrong paradigm of mind brings anxiety, fear whereas, right paradigm of brain helps to make your thought process extraordinary and keeps you focused towards your goal keeping being the fear of hurdles.

Right inspiration is required for ultimate achievement of Goal

We cannot do a work for long for which we are not inspired. Once we set a goal properly we have to recognize the higher purpose for which we aim for the goal and should run in our mind regularly the glories and satisfaction attached with that. This practice will help us remain inspired towards our chosen goal.
Inspiration is a simple recognition of spirit within ourselves. It is return to that invisible fume-less field from which all things emanate, a field of energy. Patanjali says, “When we are inspired..... dormant forces, faculties and talents become alive, and you discover yourself to be a greater person by far than your ever dreamt yourself to be.” In fact, when we are inspired for a task we get connected to ultimate source of energy for the fulfillment of that. Our belief and confidence take charge of our every movement towards our goal. On the other hand when we are not inspired the task becomes boring and a burden on us. Our energy level goes down and we are drawn towards failure.
Inspiration is a calling to proceed even though we’re unsure of goals or achievement, it may even insist that we go in the direction of uncharted territory. In fact, being in spirit is a direction we take, rather than a destination to be reached.
AK Mishra's Art of Success

When we are inspired all our thoughts break their bonds; our mind transcends limitations; our consciousness expands in every direction; we find ourselves in a new, great and wonderful world, dormant forces and talents become alive and we discover ourselves to be a greater person by far than we ever dreamt ourselves to be. We experience a driving force within us and we move upwardly.

AK Mishra’s Art of Success wishes you all a pleasurable St. Patrick’s Day

St. Patrick`s Day is just around the corner. Every Year the day is celebrated on March 17th in the memory of great famous patron of Irish named St. Patrick. St. Patrick was an Irish saint who put forward his Christian beliefs and ideas towards people, around a period of the fiftieth century. For 30 years of his life, St. Patrick brought hope and optimism in the lives of Ireland, by establishing churches and monasteries across the country.

Something that once started as a religious festival as a tribute for St. Patrick, soon turned into an international full-fledged feast involving enormous food variety, extensive parades, gala sessions, crazy dancing and everything green.

On this auspicious Day, AK Mishra’s Art of Success wishes everyone a joyous Patrick’s Day. Since Green colour has a great significance on St. Patrick's Day, so let’s make a commitment to save the environment for our better tomorrow.

Green symbolizes hope and growth, which the great St. Patrick encouraged to bring in the lives of people.
